Etape Caledonia Training Rides
Single Day events
Our sportive training packages are complete and fully inclusive support events led by British Cycling qualified coaches. Each event is tailored to allow you to concentrate on improving your riding.
Places for the 2011 MacMillan Cancer support Etape Caledonia are already filling up quickly. After a hugely successful event in 2010, next year looks like it is going to be even bigger and better.
Skinny Tyres are pleased to announce further training rides in association with Etape Caledonia organisers IMG. This series of rides will compliment the already existing calendar of training rides and will follow on from the hugely successful single day rides at the start of 2010. All rides will start from Pitlochry. These rides will give you a great opportunity to ride the roads of Highland Perthshire in a group with like minded individuals and get some great training in your legs. Choose from weekend inclusive packages or single day events. Our single day training rides featured in a “Scotland on Sunday” supplement in May 2010. You can view the supplement here.
For those who want to do a ride on both days, dinner, bed and breakfast accommodation can be arranged as part of our Etape deluxe trips
“I just want to say thank you for such a wonderful and inspiring training weekend and would recommend to any cyclist to experience the instruction of Skinny Tyres. Loved the relaxation of the massage and comfortable surroundings of Atholl Palace after the long hours on the bike.. I will definately return.”
