This is the big one and we will follow the entire route of the 2010 Etape Caledonia. This reconnaisance ride will give you all the facts and details you need prior to riding the event itself. Starting at Pitlochry we will head out past the Queen’s View and along the Lochs of Tummel, Dunalastair and Rannoch, before turning and heading up the climb to Braes of Foss. We will then descend down to Fortingall and then along the Appin of Dull and Strathtay towards Logierait and then back to Pitlochry.

There will be a lunch stop along the way of this route, where we will regroup

The weather in Scotland at this time of the year can be cold and very unpredictable and will likely have a dramtic effect on the ride. You should come fully prepared for the very worst, with plenty of food and warm clothing.

During the ride we will have experienced guides to accompany us. They will be more than happy to support and advise on how to get the best out of your riding.

Additional days riding can be arranged to extend your trip. Transfer to and from Perth can also be arranged. Please contact Skinny Tyres for details.
